Procrastination is often viewed as a product of either a mental health condition or poor time management. It isn’t. Instead, common unhelpful beliefs and difficulties managing the emotional discomfort of boredom and mild anxiety are the key issues. The programme directly addresses these in a practical and highly effective manner.
