A one day online workshop for CBT supervisees to understand the purpose of CBT supervision and to get the most out of their supervisors! Delegates familiar with supervision in other psychotherapeutic modalities will discover the differences as well as the overlaps with CBT supervision. You will learn how to apply supervision models to your own CBT practice and develop practical “supervisee skills” along with the confidence to use CBT supervision to its best effect.
This course is part of the training programme that enables you to complete the BPS Approved Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. You can build up gradually your CBT training portfolio by attending all the courses within the programme at the pace that suits you. All your training hours will be calculated, recorded in an individual validated log and accumulated towards your full Diploma.
NB! Before signing up for this course, please make sure that you have completed the BPS Approved CBT: Introductory Certificate Course, as you will need to have a basic knowledge of CBT techniques in order to apply them to supervision.
