I have a particular interest in anxiety disorders, body image and appearance related issues, depression and trauma. I also provide assessment for patients seeking cosmetic surgery. I have a keen interest in clinical health psychology and the role of psychology within the surgical field.
Significant/Relevant Experience/Achievements:
I have been in private practice for the past eight years. I also work part time in the NHS. I have set up a Specialist psychology service in Charing Cross Hospital ENT Department for patients undergoing septorhinoplasty surgery. I also work in the cancer MDT where I provide psychological support for patients having reconstructive surgery following facial cancer. My experience over the years has been gained in a number of different clinical settings from charitable organisations, EAP, NHS Primary and secondary care mental health services. I have also worked with young adults in colleges.
