- Qualified CPCAB Level 6 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision 2008.
- BACP senior Accreditation as a supervisor (Group & Individual) 2012
- Worked as a supervisor and as part of the clinical lead team for a counselling service working with clients with a wide range of issues and with a specialist contract working with issues of addiction
- Currently one of two clinical leads for a small team of counsellors based in a hospital working primarily to support staff but also working with renal patients and some external private clients.
- Working as a supervisor for Relate for 10 years
