  • How to identify children with behavioural problems and the factors that increase the risk for these problems
  • What other factors might be present when we work with children with behaviour difficulties
  • The cognitive behavioural strategies to support social and emotional regulation in children with behaviour difficulties
  • The role parents and teachers play in effecting change in this population
  • How to apply the core cognitive behavioural principles within the system of the family and school
  • An overview of the evidenced-based group interventions to manage externalising behaviours

Consultant Clinical Psychologist

Dr Angela Latham is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist based in Cheshire and North Wales. She has extensive experience working in CAMHS and in early years in the Manchester area. She also has specialist skills in teaching and training having developed numerous training packages and held the position of CYP-Talking Therapies Parent Lead.
