SDS Thursdays 2026 | NEW DATES ADDED

Our hugely popular SDS Thursdays continue to attract large audiences, and we are delighted to confirm new dates for 2026!

These FREE sessions are hosted by Dr Julia Budnik and led by Prof Paul Grantham, widely regarded as one of the UK’s best tutors on the selected topics. We will also continue to invite select guests to take part in our meetings. Join us live on Thursdays at 19.00 on Zoom, bring your questions on the topics and make these sessions into useful mini-tutorials.

Live SDS Thursdays are free to attend for registered participants. Full recordings are accessible exclusively to SDS Priority Members, who are also eligible to receive CPD certificates for selected trainings as part of their membership.

Join us for an informative one-hour conversation, Chairwork in Therapy, with Dr Matthew Pugh, Clinical Psychologist, CBT Therapist, Advanced Schema Therapist, Voice Dialogue Facilitator, Single Session Therapist, researcher, author, and Director of Chairwork.co.uk. Dr Pugh will be interviewed by Paul Grantham and Julia Budnik about Chairwork, a collection of experiential methods that use space, movement, positioning, and dialogue to facilitate therapeutic change. Chairwork is widely regarded as a powerful therapeutic intervention and forms an integral part of several therapeutic approaches, including Psychodrama, Gestalt Therapy, CBT, CFT, Schema Therapy, and others. Join us for a free one-hour SDS Thursday preview event with Professor Nuno Ferreira, introducing the themes explored in the new masterclass ACT and Chronic Illness: Beyond Symptom Management. This session is designed to give you an overview of the course content and explore how ACT can be applied in work with chronic illness, pain, fatigue, and long-term health conditions. It is also an opportunity to meet the tutor, experience his teaching style, and ask questions before deciding whether the full training is right for you.

Join us for a free one-hour SDS Thursday with Consultant Clinical Psychologist Paul Grantham, introducing the themes explored in his forthcoming Masterclass on Impostor Syndrome. Drawing on his extensive clinical experience and his book Free Yourself from Impostor Syndrome: How Integrated CBT Can Work for You, Paul will explore why self-doubt, perfectionism, and feelings of inadequacy are so common in helping professions, and how integrated CBT approaches can help practitioners respond more effectively to these patterns.
