I have just completed the full level 3 with advanced pack for supervision. I wanted to take the time to thank you for the engaging and thoughtfully organised training. Being from a a different country with little opportunities to do this type of training I have had no access to this level of detail.
It has been an absolute pleasure to complete and loved the opportunity to put aside my experience and learn from new how to be a good supervisor.
I feel more more confident in as a supervisor and feel equally more thoughtful about what I'm actually doing all at once.
